Unity Opportunity Action: 3 Laws of Leadership for Youth (2 hours)
Facilitated by: Jeff Campbell

Jeff Campbell is a youth development professional with fifteen years experience inspiring and organizing youth with direct service projects, civic engagement and grassroots fundraising and organizing. As the founder and director of The Colorado Hip Hop Coalition for ten years, Jeff worked with over 8,000 youth in 71 different schools throughout Colorado by contracting over 50 artists as instructors. Currently Jeff works in the public education sector implementing restorative justice practices, conflict mediation, and positive behavior incentive systems in the Denver Public School district.

Jeff found his inspiration to work with youth as a Hip Hop and spoken word artist. Under the moniker APOSTLE, Jeff toured the US and Canada with his group Heavyweight Dub Champion, as well as recorded 4 albums as a solo artist with Hip Hop legends, DJ Quest and KRSONE.

Unity Opportunity Action: 3 Laws of Leadership for Youth (2 hours)
This training, designed to train the trainers of youth to become fluent in a model that articulates the fundamentals of leadership to youth in a way that they can understand and apply immediately without adult interference. Through a series of engaging activities, dialogue and role-play, you will learn how to guide youth through: the collective creation of the plan, the delegation of responsibility, and the implementation of a timeline. These fundamental principles they will be able to apply right away as powerful leaders. In addition, the three laws of leadership build character in the individual, no matter the age.
